Each semester, IISAGE hosts seminars in which members, as well as external researchers, present and discuss novel perspectives and ideas about sex-specific aging. These online seminars serve as a platform for exploring and exchanging diverse perspectives and methodologies, shared not only within IISAGE laboratories but also among other researchers investigating sex-specific aging in various capacities. In addition, our seminar series offers members-only workshops led by faculty, providing an in-depth, hands-on introduction to a particular research or analysis method.

IISAGE Workshop: Survival Analysis (Session I)
Join us on ZOOM for the first of two workshops exploring survival analysis. In this session, we will build a strong conceptual foundation for Kaplan-Meier, Cox Proportional Hazards, and Parametric Regression (using Maximum Likelihood). Our second workshop will then guide you through the practical application of these methods in R.
